[Tensions rose in Minneapolis](http://www.nbcnews.com/news/nbcblk/jamar-clark-tension-rises-between-after-killing-unarmed-minneapolis-man-n466241) on Wednesday as protesters and police clashed amid peaceful demonstrations against the killing of an unarmed Minnesota man named Jamar Clark.
