A polar bear raided the hut that has been home to crew members for the BBC nature program The Hunt, a nature documentary series narrated by Sir David Attenborough
“He ate everything,” said field assistant Håvard Festø, “lots of bacon,” minced meat, chicken, and steak.
The short clip shows snack food wrappers all over the floor of the accommodations as the employees survey the damage: One exclaims, “He ate all of the Marmite!” They use a flare gun to scare off the ferocious animal. And while the clip does not show the raid in action, it does show a lethargic-looking polar bear that seems to be in a food coma of sorts.
