On Sunday night, the White House shared a video by Usher on Facebook that shows President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama surprising the musician with a cupcake for his 37th birthday before launching into a rousing rendition of “Happy Birthday.” The video was filmed on Oct. 14, when Usher visited the White House to perform at an event to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the National Endowment for the Humanities.
In the middle of it all, the R&B artist turns to the camera and asks, “You gettin’ this?” Apparently even celebrities can get star-struck.
