Some Americans may prefer British accents to their own, but a new survey on sexy accents show Brits have a few preferences as well.
The survey, in which British Airways polled 1,000 Brits, showed that the sexiest American accent according to the U.K. belongs to Morgan Freeman, TODAY reports. His fellow Tennessean Dolly Parton clocks in at No. 2. Another southerner, Reese Witherspoon, came in third place.
Despite Brits’ apparent preference for Southerners, the survey respondents said they liked New York accents best, though only one in five could locate that city on a map.
