Hollywood’s Gender Gap

Just how wide is the gap between the sexes in Hollywood? A TIME analysis of over 6,000 actors found that while men see their careers peak at age 46, women hit their apex at 30. Even the careers of big stars like Sandra Bullock and George Clooney fall into the same pattern.
