After appearing on Good Morning America and apologizing (again) for licking donuts and slamming America, Ariana Grande appeared onThe Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Tuesday night. When speaking with Fallon, revealed that her new track, “Focus,” will debut Oct. 30, and it’s the first single from her new album.
“We made a pinky promise last time you were on the show,” Fallon said. “You said, ‘Next time you had any music news —’”
“That I was going to come share it with you first,” Grande said. “And I kept my promise.” She then revealed the news: “My first single off my new album is coming out on Oct. 30,” Grande said. “It’s called ‘Focus.’” She also revealed that she would play Brooklyn’s Barclays Center on Sept. 26 and 27.
This forthcoming album will follow 2014’s My Everything, which featured hit singles “Problem,” “Break Free,” “Bang Bang,” and “Love Me Harder.”
