We R Who We R, and this season on Jane the Virgin, Kesha is the rocker next door.
The singer will guest-star in the CW dramedy’s second episode of the season as Annabelle, a colorful musician who becomes Jane’s (Gina Rodriguez) new neighbor. She is described as not being a “baby person.”
“We are so thrilled Kesha will be appearing on Jane!” said executive producer Jennie Snyder Urman in a statement on Monday. “We are all huge fans of hers, and we are so excited to welcome her to the Jane The Virgin family.”
Earlier this month, Jane tapped another famous pop star for a guest spot: Britney Spears—whom Kesha has written for—will play the nemesis of Rogelio (Jaime Camil) in this season’s fifth episode.
Jane returns for season 2 on Oct. 12.
