Because Late Night airs after midnight, host Seth Meyers recruited his guest Keegan-Michael Key (of Key & Peele) to share some late-night flirting advice on Wednesday’s episode.
“It’s getting to be that time of night in a bar where if you wanted to bring someone home, you’d have to kick your flirting into superdrive,” Meyers says. “And who better to take flirting advice from than two guys who are married and haven’t done it in awhile?”
Then, Key and Meyers basically just share a series of awful pick-up lines. For example, Key slurs, “Are those astronaut pants? Because it looks like you went to the bathroom in them.”
We have to admit that some of the lines are actually pretty great though, like “If you were a vegetable, you’d be a cutecumber.”
