On Thursday’s episode of The Late Late Show, guests Cobie Smulders, Judd Apatow and Mark Duplass got into a discussion about childbirth with host James Corden. (We imagine this topic came up because Smulders stars in the upcoming pregnancy-themed movie Unexpected.)
“Now, we all have children here,” Corden begins. “Guys, were you present at the births of your children?”
Smulders remains pretty quiet during the ensuing conversation, which mostly revolves around whether or not the men “looked” during childbirth.
“I didn’t go down and look,” Corden says, “because my Uncle Robert said it’s like watching your favorite pub burn down.”
Soon enough, Smulders finally chimed in: “You guys know what I was doing? I was pushing a baby out of my vagina.”
