With June (traditionally regarded as the most popular month for weddings) nearly over, wedding season is at its peak. But while weddings, these days, are generally more lavish than they once were (per this year’s survey, by TheKnot.com, saying the average American wedding costs more than $30,000), some are more lavish than others, or at least more unusual. From George and Amal Clooney to a couple of pet dogs, which wedding parties have had the most, or the most unusual, fun celebrating?
