Reality television star Donald Trump is set to make a presidential announcement today, and it’s believed that he’ll be running this time. His poll numbers are strong enough to grant him a spot on the first debate stage in August, potentially spoiling another hopeful’s chances. Trump will even release a two-page summary of his finances, but, in a sign that his candidacy may be a short-lived reality stunt, is stopping short of releasing the detailed accounting required by federal law. Jeb Bush’s presidential announcement aimed to convey to voters that despite being GOP royalty, he’s a different kind of Republican. And the Clinton campaign’s tensions with the press reach new heights.
