She may already have a few Grammys under her belt, but Lorde has really made it now that she’s got a wax figure at the Madame Tussauds in Hollywood.
The 18-year-old singer announced on Twitter Wednesday that the statue was complete and officially on display at the iconic wax museum. She said it was “an incredibly detailed process sitting for the waxwork, and the team at MT were so passionate and skilled.”
It’s no surprise that it was a detailed process when you look at the figure. It’s incredibly realistic and pretty much perfect.
Even Lorde’s mom, Sonja Yelich, was blown away. She posted a picture of the figure on Instagram, writing, “I so love this waxy Ella! Even I could be tricked into thinking that that’s my kid.”
