Watch Kerry Washington and Jimmy Fallon Sing About Scandal—While Doing a Lip Flip

She’s best known as serious Olivia Pope on Scandal but Kerry Washington was playing for laughs when she and Jimmy Fallon did a “lip flip” on Wednesday’s Tonight Show.

In the recurring sketch, the pair swapped lips and used weird voices and accents as they sang jingles from Kit Kat and Meow Mix commercials before teaming up for a song about the season finale of her hit show (to the music of Elton John’s “Goodbye, Yellow Brick Road”).

“Goodbye Livi Pope, though I never knew you at all, there’s only two more episodes before the show comes back next fall,” Fallon began singing, as Washington joined in. “It seems to me you lived your life like a scandal in the wind. Can’t believe you got to hook up with the president. I can’t wait to find out what is happenin’ when Scandal airs this Thursday night with Kerry Washington.”
