Jennifer Lopez delivered a heartfelt tribute to Mexican-American singer Selena at the Billboard Latin Music Awards Thursday, keeping audiences spellbound with her nostalgic renditions of the murdered singer’s greatest hits, from “Bidi Bidi Bom Bom” and “Como La Flor” to “Amor Prohibido.”
Billboard reports The entire audience stood up to honor the memory of Selena Quintanilla, one of the most beloved stars in the pantheon of Spanish-language music, who was shot dead by a business associate in Texas in 1995 aged just 23.
