Will Ferrell made a surprise appearance at Comedy Central’s Roast of Justin Bieber Monday night, as zany TV news anchor Ron Burgundy.

“This kid has spunk, moxie and probably a few other STDs,” said the Anchorman star. “I’ve always encouraged people to stay classy. And what’s more classy than hanging out with [controversial boxer] Floyd Mayweather?”

“Here’s a news flash, gang: he’s a man,” said Burgundy who then told Bieber to “turn up the heat” on his scandalous behavior and to keep living his life “with the same reckless abandon.”
