During last week’s L’International Gymnix competition in Montreal, Italian gymnast Sara Berardinelli had a bit of trouble at the uneven bars. Thankfully, her coach was standing nearby and had incredibly quick reflexes.
Watch in the video above as he manages to catch Berardinelli twice after she failed to clear the bar. Maybe make sure you’re sitting down, as it’s a bit intense.
After both falls, though, Berardinelli remained poised and fearless, managing to pop back up to continue her routine.
