The 57th Annual Grammy Awards kicked off at 8 p.m. ET, but some awards for the pre-telecast program were already announced this afternoon: Beyonce took home an early award for Best Surround Sound Album, while Kendrick Lamar racked up two for Best Rap Performance and Best Rap Song (“i”). Eminem won Best Rap Album for “The Marshall Mathers LP2.” Neela Vaswani, who narrated Malala Yousafzai’s audiobook for I Am Malala: How One Girl Stood Up for Education and Changed the World took home the award for Best Children’s Album. And, to no surprise, Frozen‘s “Let It Go” won Best Song Written for Visual Media.
