Lauren Graham, who stars as single mom Sarah Braverman, is of course [emotional about the show’s ending](http://time.com/3660359/lauren-graham-parenthood-series-finale/ "undefined") — but she’s at least had a chance to say a proper goodbye, because the cast and crew knew in advance the sixth season would be the last.
