Several gunshots were fired from a vehicle racing by Vice President Joe Biden’s Delaware home on Saturday night, officials said.
Biden and his wife were not home at the time of the shooting, and it is not clear if the shots hit the residence, or if they were even aimed at the residence, the New York Times reports.
The Secret Service and local police were unable to catch the vehicle. There was no immediate explanation for the motive of the shooting.
