People Magazine Awards Honor Cream of Celebrity Crop

People Magazine honored the top celebrities of 2014 on Thursday night, and the red carpet saw a high-voltage turnout.

While many long-established VIPs were celebrated (Gwen Stefani was designated 2014’s Style Icon, Jennifer Lopez its Triple Threat), there were a few fresher faces as well: Billy Eichner of Billy on the Street fame was named Breakout Star of the Year, and Karlie Kloss (close friend of Taylor Swift) was named Model of the Year.

Kate Upton was chosen as People’s Sexiest Woman (naturally) and Jon Hamm was honored for Television Performance of the Year in his role as Don Draper.
