Those [little BuzzFeed-style quizzes](https://www.themuse.com/resources/the-11-best-career-quizzes-to-help-you-find-your-dream-job-1 "undefined") are so addictive (who doesn’t want to know more about their personality?), but unfortunately aren’t really helping any of us get further in life. (I don’t think my co-workers knowing that I’m a “cuddle sloth” is going to help us work better together.)
