The “episodes” will premiere before the vampire TV series True Blood (which is in its final season) beginning on June 29 at 8:55 pm EST.
Beyoncé will perform the following songs in the clips: “Blow/Cherry,” “Drunk in Love,” “Ghost/Haunted,” “Flawless/Yoncé,” “Get Me Bodied/Baby Boy/Diva,” “Girls,” “Heaven,” “Partition,” “Why Don’t You Love Me?” and “XO.”
HBO’s Beyoncé documentary Life Is But a Dream (directed by the singer) drew 1.8 million viewers the night it premiered and grossed a total of 8.9 million viewers. It was the premium cable channel’s most-viewed music special since 2003.
