These Were the Most-Googled Video Games of 2016

It was a generally great year for gamers, with hits like character-based first-person shooter Overwatch and the mobile phenomenon Pokémon Go to enjoy. Of course, there were some misses, too, including the much-hyped but ultimately middling No Man’s Sky.

But what were the most popular games of the year? Aside from raw sales numbers, one way to gauge interest is by looking at Google search data. Google tells TIME these 10 games were the most-searched titles of the year:
