Game of Thrones may not be for the faint of heart but it’s coming to network television nonetheless. Beginning Monday, Aug. 8 at 10 p.m., Canada’s CTV will begin airing season one of the fantasy drama. And what’s more, the episodes will be uncensored.
“Each weeknight for 10 straight episodes, the [first] season unfolds until its chilling season finale on Friday, August 19,” the network revealed in a press release. “All 10 episodes are set to air intact, unedited, and with reduced commercial time to further enhance the viewer experience.”
Canadian viewers without HBO access, get ready because soon you’ll be able to watch Khal Drogo dump a bucket of molten gold on Viserys Targaryen’s head just as the showrunners intended it.
