When Florence Welch stopped at a Texas hospice to give a private performance to a fan, she also found someone who could match her note for note.
The singer and frontwoman of Florence and the Machine visited Hospice Austin’s Christopher House to sing to a young girl who had tickets to the band’s concert but was unable to attend due to her illness.
After meeting her, Welch shared an especially touching moment when the fan joined in the singing; in a video clip, you can see Welch as she sings her signature song, “Shake It Off” with her fan keeping perfect harmony, leading to the whole room joining in the song by the end.
