Chipotle on Monday announced it is giving away free chips and guacamole through a new online game in its latest promotion to lure customers back.
The Mexican fast-food chain launched “Guac Hunter,” which prompts players to point out five differences in a set of photos before time runs out. It promises a free order of chips and guac by the end of three successful rounds.
“This game allows our customers to enjoy some chips and guac on us, and perhaps encourage others to give our guac a try and see what they’ve been missing,” Mark Crumpacker, chief creative and development officer at Chipotle, said in a statement.
The game is Chipotle’s latest attempt to win customers back after the restaurant chain battled an E. Coli outbreak last year. The company has previously given away free burritos.
Guac Hunter lasts until March 31, and all offers expire April 10.
