Smooth jazz saxophonist Kenny G teamed up with rapper Warren G to perform the latter’s “Regulate” on Monday’s Jimmy Kimmel Live.
The unlikely duo were part of Kimmel’s Mashup Mondays segment, where two artists of different genres get together to perform a track.
Previous pairings have included Weezer and ZZ Top, alternative pop band Haim with Morris Day and rapper Aloe Blacc versus R&B group Blackstreet.
Kenny G has just released a new instrumental album Brazilian Nights, while Warren G is set to go on tour to celebrate the 20th anniversary of his studio debut album Regulate…G Funk Era.
