On the upcoming season of Netflix’s hit women’s prison series Orange Is the New Black, somebody has been granted an early release.
Jason Biggs – who plays Larry Bloom, one of the few men on the show and the fiancé of Piper (Taylor Schilling) – has confirmed he will not be in the upcoming third season.
“They’re not focusing on Larry at the moment,” he told New York’s Daily News. “Larry will not be in season 3. But there’s always a possibility he can come back.”
The American Pie star, who has had some controversial moments on social media recently, won’t be idle during his character’s indefinite absence.
Biggs is currently gearing up to costar in Broadway’s The Heidi Chronicles alongside Mad Men’s Elisabeth Moss.
