In this week’s edition of MONEY’s Summer Reading List, Jeremy C. Miller discusses his new book, Warren Buffett’s Ground Rules. In this book, Miller highlights what we can learn from Warren Buffett’s famous letters to his business partners from 1956 up to 1970. These letters contained advice and principles that propelled Buffett to be one the most successful investors and richest men in the entire world. In his book, Miller explains how an everyday investor can apply Buffett’s wisdom.
“Stocks are businesses,” says Miller. “They are not pieces of paper to be traded. But they don’t necessarily reflect what a business is worth.”
