Designed by the late Zaha Hadid, Morpheus is the world’s first free-form exoskeleton-bound high-rise: a grid of steel envelops 40 stories of glass with a fluidity inspired by Chinese jade carving. The interior is just as refined, with 770 rooms, a casino floor, high-roller facilities, a rooftop pool, a modern-art gallery and not one but two Alain Ducasse restaurants. —Casey Quackenbush
