Award-winning photojournalist and documentary filmmaker Ed Kashi and his wife, author Julie Winokur, co-founded the non-profit multimedia company Talking Eyes Media as a means of creating visual storytelling around socially-driven issues. The organization’s Twitter feed takes that mission one step further, highlighting excellent multimedia and documentary storytelling from around the world, as well as providing photographers and filmmakers with information on upcoming grants and other vital resources. —Mia Tramz
