Few hotels have a history as rich as Hôtel de Crillon, which was commissioned as a palace by King Louis XV and once hosted Marie Antoinette’s piano lessons. The original version of this story misstated Rosewood Hotels & Resorts’ relationship to the Hôtel de Crillon. Rosewood manages the property. The company does not own it.
