## Transcript

You know some people don't like regulation. When it comes to the hot new smoking trend. As a community we've decided that clean, indoor air is important to us. The Duluth City Council says regulation is needed. I know a lot of people said to me, you're banning it. I'm not banning it. I'm, I'm not, but you can't do it in public places. They look like cigarettes. They function like cigarettes, and I believe they should be regulated like cigarettes. According to the city council, vapor sampling in an e- cig shop violates the clean indoor air act. If you start picking and choosing and dismantling that Indoor Clean Air Act, then I, I think that's a problem.

You know I kinda expected them to go the way that they did go. I feel that ignorance is always an inevitable part of American society. Thanks to the three new laws the owners of E- Cig Empire are forced to come up with a whole new business plan. We are strong believers in following the law. We, we have to follow it. No one really has a choice. But the ordinances aren't about to stop these young entrepreneurs. We're bringing something to the Duluth citizens that is in high demand, and it's something that's gonna be helping a lot of people, and we're not going anywhere. After an ordinance is passed, it doesn't go into effect for 30 days.

So until then. As for now we're going to continue sampling as it's legal. So we're still following the law now and we will be doing so when October 9th rolls around.
