[ MUSIC ] Welcome, guys to the Dill house. [ INAUDIBLE ] here, I'd like to give you a quick tour. This is the fan and it's part of Richmond's subdivision that was started I guess the late 1890s. This, this area is known for the historic houses. This house is about 121 years old. [ MUSIC ] It was updated to its original state 14 years ago. [ MUSIC ] This is a two- story rowhouse. The house is 2100 square feet, and. That doesn't include the garage and, and the back patio space. We have two and a half bathrooms, three bedrooms, there's a front parlour formal dining room and then family room and kitchen.

We have two master closets upstairs and a small hallway closet downstairs. Stairs. There are two working fireplaces. One that's gas fired and one that's for regular, wood burning. Air conditioning up stairs. Washer and dryer as well so it's, fully equipped. This house is listed for $ 495, 000. A lovely family room with, bay win. window, which I think is a nice feature with this alleyway, cuz it gives us a lot of light to the house And some of the work out here, it's all original brick it's beautiful this outside area is just a great area for, to sit and relax so, there's a lot of very comforting features.

Truths to this house that I really like. It's been a labor of love. We've just been working on it bit by bit. Nothing big. Just little things here and there. Doing the railing. Trimming things up. Cutting back. painting. All the little things, just to make it comfortable. [ MUSIC ]
