I'm Jeffrey Kluger, Editor at Large, Time Magazine. [ MUSIC ] SpaceX at this point is less a start up than an up start. It's the first of the true pioneering private companies to make a serious go at space, and so far it's succeeding there. Founded by Elon Musk, SpaceX designs and builds its own boosters and its own currently unmanned spacecraft, but soon to be manned spacecraft. SpaceX and Orbital Sciences are the two companies that NASA has chosen to run unmanned resupply missions to the International. National Space Station. Three, two, one, zero. And lift- off of the Space X Falcon 9 Rocket with Dragon, continuing the resupply chain to the International Space Station.

[ INAUDIBLE ]. [ NOISE ] Which kick is it? [ INAUDIBLE ] Stage one propulsion [ INAUDIBLE ] Space X sees itself as the next generation. Company to be in the lead of man space travel. Musk will soon be launching astronauts to the international space station. He envisions being able to launch private crews for private companies and eventually getting spacecraft to Mars. [ MUSIC ]
