## Transcript

When it was announced that the games would be here, my grandfather was so excited. He's never really talked much about the war. But when he knew that I would be racing here, he told me a lot of stories, and I think it had a really big impact on his life. To be able to race for him in this olympics, was very special for me and, I tried everything I could to win for him I got a bronze which to me was very special and I think he would be proud of that but before the first races I scattered his ashes at the mountain and I know that it would mean a lot to him to be back here. A part of him is in South Korea, always.
