By butchering the name of the Broadway star, Idina Menzel, Travolta got a ton of attention. She went on to win the Oscar for the song, Let it Go, from Frozen. Travolta's error did not go unnoticed. In the old days, he would have been maybe in the 18th paragraph of a story about the Oscars. Instead. She's accepted his apology, and her Broadway show printed up phony playbills from her show, making fun of her name and the name of some of the shows she's been in in the past. So she's all good. But Travolta's now stuck with his gaffe.
