## Transcript

[ SOUND ] If I'm able to hang my suit up, and look back at my career and, put aside the medals, put aside the records, put aside everything. If I can say I've done everything I've wanted to, I don't care what anybody else says. I think it took a while for me to actually find that I wanted to do this again. I found a passion again and I was the only one that could find that passion. Nobody else could force me to want to do this or force me to enjoy it. I had to do it for myself. You know, once we do that you just set your goals and go from there. [ SOUND ]. [ SOUND ] You, you can't get better if you don't spend, the majority of your time in the water.

But what, we can do outside of the water is we can make the boat a stronger boat. The loaded activities, weightlifting is gonna make his joints, his body way more explosive. We're strengthening it, we're trying to prevent any sort of shoulder abnormalities. Any knee dysfunctions, any hip dysfunctions, any low back pathologies before they occur. It's not happening. One of like the coolest things that Keenan has actually brought to the table is, being able to like to change, your work out to sort of keep us interested. You know, whether it's From Olympic lifts whether it's to boxing or running or a pool with a stadium.

So it's just like, always changing it up but still being able to get a work out that will help us in the pool. [ SOUND ] Its been a struggle to sorta get back to this point but I think I'm finally at a stage where, you know, I possibly do have the opportunity to swim some of the fastest times that I've ever swam before. And I haven't seen that opportunity in the last four years until right now. So, it's kind of a cool feeling and a cool spot to be in. [ SOUND ] Alternate.
