And 50 % off select gift items Friday and Saturday. Great offers all month long at the Chevy Black Friday sale. But let's pump the breaks here. Is it all for not? Are you really getting the greatest deals possible? Well at HubList Amazon Best Buy and Walmart were the bottom of its list. when it comes to the average price discounts on Black Friday. JcPenney claimed first with Macy's in second. The Chicago Tribune says electronics can be bought at similar prices the day before Thanksgiving.

As they are on Black Friday. Other items, like apparel, toys, books, and more have other best deal dates that could fall days or weeks after Turkey Day. And let's not forget staying in the comfort of your own home and shopping on Cyber Monday. I hear a lot of talk about Black Friday and Cyber Monday, but the truth is, there's deals to be had year around. If you know what to look for. Sites like CyberMonday. com can help you find online exclusive limited- time deals. According to the National Retail Federation 140. 1 million shoppers are expected to hit the stores the days of Thanksgiving weekend.

With 95. 5 million of those heading out on Black Friday. But believe it or not, you can always just avoid the mall on Friday. Money's Brad Tuttle lists a few alternatives that likely won't leave you waiting out in the cold or force your wallet to run dry.
