## Transcript

After raising more than a billion dollars in funding, there're reports Uber is looking to raise even more capital to continue its aggressive expansion. According to Fortune's exclusive report, Uber has hired Goldman Sachs to raise money from the bank's high- net- worth clients. Fortune goes on to say Goldman's wealth management team sent information on the ride sharing company to investors Monday morning. While Uber is still a private company, these high wealth investors would be able to buy convertible debt in the company and possibly sell it later if and when the valuable ride sharing company does go public.

Goldman Sachs which is an institutional investor in Uber, manages more than 300 billion dollars in its wealth management division alone, according to the Wall Street Journal. But while Uber's finances continues to surge from eager investors, it's public persona has suffered with taxi union lawsuits, PR slip- ups and privacy concerns. This morning the Uber car service faces a lawsuit that's part of a growing battle nationwide. I was terrified. We're talking about a million dollar budget. A four to six staff team to do opposition research on me. Apparently a lot of people could see God View. Nobody should be able to see God View but god, presumably.

Oddly enough, it seems bad PR hasn't resulted in bad business. If a report from Bloomberg is to be believed, the company's latest round of funding makes the five year old startup more valuable than Hertz and Twitter
