## Transcript

[ MUSIC ] Hi, I'm Claire Suvvic, and this is what's on Top Chart this week. Do you love KISS? Do you love KISS so much that you want to be buried in something KISS related? Well, look no further, because after last year's success of KISS coffins, the band has expanded to cremation ore. At least you have burial options. [ SOUND ] So Christian Louboutin is know for making crimson soled shoes. A Federal Judge has recently denied Louboutin's request that other shoe companies be barred from selling similar soled shoes. Arguing that in fashion, color is ornamental and can't be trademarked. If you're wondering what's been going on with Kings Of Leon.

[ MUSIC ] What with singer Caleb Fallowal's recent meltdown and the band's cancelled US tour, there is a new documentary that may help explain things. Talihina Sky airs August 21st on Showtime. It explores the band's impoverished upbringing, but it also catalogs some pretty serious inter- band bickering. None of your goddamn [ UNKNOWN ]. Shut your [ UNKNOWN ] mouth. Watching this, it's a wonder the Kings of Leon are even still together. First fight of ten. If you watch this Pop Chart Videos regularly, and of course, you do, you'll remember that a few weeks ago, we said Helen Mirren had won Body of the Year in a UK poll, beating out Jennifer Lopez.

The 66- year- old actress was surprised to learn this, saying, quote, I'm going to have a photo taken next to JLo to show what a terrible mistake they have made. And here are five things that you do not have to worry about this week. You don't have to worry about James Franco's career slowing down because he's apparently making a documentary about fetish porn. Hm, you don't have to worry about the AMC show Breaking Bad, because it has been picked up for another 16 episodes. I killed high, baby. [ MUSIC ] [ NOISE ] And you definietly don't have to worry about your kids stumbling upon rated R movies on Netflix.

Because the DVD company has recently started a kids only section. Number four, you don't have to worry about not seeing any shirtless men in movies because Conan the Barbarian is out. [ SOUND ] And last, you don't have to worry about a Black Sabbath tour because rumors that the band is getting back together have been greatly exaggerated. That's it. That's all we've got for you on Pop Charts this week. Oh. But 1 last thing. If you're in New York over Christmas, you might want to check out Barneys department store windows because Lady Gaga is doing the displays. [ MUSIC ] That's it. See you next week.
