## Transcript

>> Your late night highlight is a mash- up from Thursday because, well, everyone including Miley Cyrus and Dr. Phil is talking about the same thing-- two arrests in just one week for Justin Bieber. The gist of the advice from the two celebrities, you have too much money to possibly have screwed up this bad this publicly.

>> Pay people to make sure you don't get in trouble--

>> Yeah, yeah.

>> and party at your house.

>> Yeah, yeah. Well, that's--

>> Buy a house--

>> that's very good.

>> and add a club to it. I don't see a Miley mug shot yet and I'm like--

>> Yeah.

>> all right, look, and I get the most flak out of anybody.

>> Well, you would think there would be people around paying huge sums of money to keep him out of trouble.

>> Right.

>> And seriously, and that's the problem. You, obviously, are right. Your job today is to keep me from being stupid.

>> Bieber made headlines after police in Miami say they arrested him for DUI and resisting arrest last week, and he then turned himself in to Toronto police Wednesday for a criminal assault charge. Miley told Jay Leno that she admittedly does a lot of stuff, stuff wasn't the actual word she used, but everything she does is legal in California. To this point, her arrest record is squeaky clean unlike Bieber's even if she has made a name for herself in raunch recently. Cyrus will soon start a 38- city North American Tour of Bangerz concerts. For TIME, I'm Cliff Judy.
