Your job today is to keep me from being stupid. >> Bieber made headlines after police in Miami say they arrested him for DUI and resisting arrest last week, and he then turned himself in to Toronto police Wednesday for a criminal assault charge. Miley told Jay Leno that she admittedly does a lot of stuff, stuff wasn't the actual word she used, but everything she does is legal in California. To this point, her arrest record is squeaky clean unlike Bieber's even if she has made a name for herself in raunch recently. Cyrus will soon start a 38- city North American Tour of Bangerz concerts.
