## Transcript

The most influential leader I've met, has become a good friend as well, General Ray Odierno. This is a guy I've spent multiple times with him in Iraq. I've watched him in the battlefield with his troops. I've seen how they loved him. I've been to multiple meetings with all the Iraqi leaders with him, very contentions meetings, and I've seen how they trust him. This guy is both a true warrior and diplomat, and the sacrifices he has made and his family has made, Linda his wife, missing all those Christmases, and holidays, and anniversaries, and his son Tony, who is a combat captain in Iraq who lost his arm.

His sacrifices are extraordinary. It just makes me absolutely more determined to do my job better and makes me more confident that there's not a single thing we can't accomplish.
