Matt's Nick Gordon, in a promo, for Wednesday's episode of Dr. Phil in his first on camera interview since girlfriend Bobbi Kristina, was found submerged in a bathtub January 31st. And Saturday Bobbi Christina's aunt addressed Dr. Phil on Facebook. She says Gordon is under investigation for her nieces murder and that there is quote, strong evidence of foul play. If Nick Gordon does not have the courage to speak with my brother Bobby Brown and or law enforcement about what happened the day my nieces body was found in a bathtub, he does not deserve to have a platform to speak. Again, this is Bobbi Christina's aunt's side of the story. Nick has spoken out against the Brown family on Twitter saying they won't let him see Bobbi Christina and criticizing Bobbi Christina's father, singer Bobby Brown. Police have confirmed they are investigating Bobbi Kristina's drowning. They have not confirmed whether they suspect any involvement by Nick. According to People, Nick has checked into rehab.
