[ MUSIC ] Sitting here, listening to this testimony. I just, I don't believe that's your problem. Nobody believes you. It's become clear to me, that this prolonged leadership turmoil Would do irreparable harm to the institution. Personal decision. From my own stand point, I see Paul as one the people coming along that has the potential to lead our country. I'll stay on as majority leader. But the one thing I found in talking to everybody, if we are gonna unite and be strong, We need a new face to help do that. [ MUSIC ] The bill is passed without objection. A motion to reconsider is laid on the table.
