Hi. I'm Derek and this is the Droid 2 by Motorola. The Droid 2 is designed for users who want a phone that doesn't compromise at all when it comes to web browsing, messaging, customization and entertainment. The Droid 2 features the best of both worlds and has a large high res. touchscreen and a full slide out QWERTY keyboard. It runs Android 2. 2 and has an extremely fast 1 GHz processor with 512 megabytes of RAM. Plus it was 8 gigabytes of internal storage and a pre- installed 8- gigabyte micro SD card. You can customize up to 7 home screens to organize all of your apps and widgets around the way you live your life from day- to- day.

Let's talk about web browsing. The Droid 2 features Flash 10. 1 for Android. That means you can access to full web like it was meant to be experienced right from the phone. That matters because 85 % of the top 100 websites utilize Flash. Seventy percent of all web games utilize Flash. Seventy percent of all video on the internet utilizes Flash. With this phone, you'll finally be able to see it all. The slide out QWERTY keyboard has several features that should speed up your typing. Things like better tech tell differentiation between keys and contrasting polished areas that give the keys better visual separation.

In addition, the 2 has a great virtual keypad experience. It has Swipe, which is a technology that uses air correcting algorithms and predictive technology to speed up typing on virtual keypads. You type a word by sliding a finger from letter to letter and you only have to lift off of the screen between words. It's not just the fast typing features that will help you move faster. The integrated messaging experience brings all of your messages into one place. You'll see all of your text messages, web e- mails, work e- mails and social network messages in one single view. The live stream widget will stream new messages to your home screen and you can quickly filter all messages by type.

The Droid 2 also supports Exchange and Gmail Enterprise and features other e- mail enhancements like push delivery, corporate directory lookup and rich text composition. The phone also integrates your exchange in Gmail calendars into one view and lets you invite meeting attendees through your corporate directory lookup. The Droid 2 has a 5- megapixel camera and video recorder with auto focus and dual LED flash. So, you can take and immediately share pictures and videos anytime anywhere. The Droid 2 comes preloaded with tons of awesome apps. 3G mobile hotspot, backup assistant, Skype Mobile, Google Search, Google Maps, FM radio and YouTube just to name a few.

There are tons of other apps available for you to download. So, you'll be able to turn this phone into whatever you want it to be.
