You do it for three hours one day and then maybe do it two hours the next day, and then a month later you're like hey, what happened to that thing that I said I was gonna do. The key is to promise to yourself and to hold yourself accountable. I'm gonna put in 20 minutes everyday. I'm gonna put in 30, obviously the more the better. But the key is to do it. To sit down and start doing a little bit everyday. And I tell this to a lot of folks, and the folks who actually do it they always come back like, hey it actually worked. You go to Khan Academy, if it's math, physics, chemistry, whatever it is, you can start the exercises, watch the videos. If you watch the videos, pause them, try to do the exercise yourself Try to see if you can explain it yourself. And if you do 20 minutes a day 30 minutes a day, you'd be shocked. Even over the course of a summer, you might've thought you weren't good at math, you'll realize that you can be very good at math. We get all sorts of students who said, " I was the worst student in my math class. I spent a summer, 30 minutes a day, 40 minutes a day ."
