[ BLANK_AUDIO ] Actually I was going down the street, actually I was going to a doctors appointment, as a matter of fact. And at looked down at my phone and it was Brittany calling. So when I picked up the phone, I just heard a screaming in the background. I need to get up to the store from my [ UNKNOWN ] tell them, she was like [ UNKNOWN ] So she's like [ UNKNOWN ] more keys And I'm like, Brittany, stop clowning me. I'm not in the mood for no jokes. And she was like, I'm serious, and she was crying. So I was like did you call the police. She was like yeah, I called the police. I said I'd be up there shortly.

So the whole time while I'm riding up there. I'm just praying to myself that maybe he got shot in the arm or shot in the leg or something like that. When they was putting him in the ambulance, I see no movement. So, [ BLANK_AUDIO ] The officer came over to me and he told me, he said well, the guy who shot him So at that point, I was kinda relieved that they got the guy, at least he's not [ BLANK_AUDIO ] at least he hasn't fleed the scene, you know what I mean? Everybody can look at the tape and see that Marques was backing up. [ BLANK_AUDIO ] And when Marques is backing up, [ BLANK_AUDIO ] Draco has that gun pointed at him, so Draco has full control of the situation at that point in time.

So if a man is backing up, how can you, [ BLANK_AUDIO ] Use that law? Stand your ground? He's literally backing up.
