## Transcript

[ SOUND ] The Cindy car season is gonna be quite a bit different. In the past, quite a few because we're starting off with a brand new car. New roof package, so, car engine, everything is new. We're, we're definitely looking forward to getting this season going. I think we all have very, very, very bad memories of, of, of that last race and losing, losing Daniel was not only a guy we raced against but a good friend to, to a lot of us. But at the same time we've gotta rem, remember Dan. I think that will happen. Is, is his sister Holly's waving the green flag on Sunday. She's gonna present the trophy.

And when we go to Indianapolis for instance him as a reigning champion of that race. He's gonna be, he's gonna be part of it. And that will definitely be bittersweet though. There's, there's no doubt. But it's a dangerous sport and we do work very, very hard to make it as safe as it possibly can be. the, the risk is there and I think if you, if you do this sport, you accept the risk. And when you get out there, put it out of your mind. [ SOUND ] Is there pressure to win? Another one, there's always pressure. Do you wanna be successful, do you wanna, does the same thing that drove me before I won any championships, there's still driving me the, I won four.

I think it does, only time will tell. And that's the tough part of, when you do one championship, keeping the motivation to win two, and you win two. I think it's even hard to motivate for three when you win three you have to find that motivation for four, and so on. I think the motivation is still as strong as ever, and it still hurts as badly when you lose. I think it would be in some part if you allow yourself, it will be easy to say, don't worry we lost today, but we won the last three championships [ INAUDIBLE ]. That's not going to cut it. And you know, I'm not only here, here for myself.

There's a whole team of people back in Indianapolis that work for team Target that put in crazy hours to allow me a chance to win and, and I don't want to be the, the weak link in the chain. I don't want to be the one that lets them down. I see how hard they work so. We'll just we'll go out and do what we do, which is do our best. And we'll see how it works. [ SOUND ]
