W we be having this discussion? No, of course, not. There's no way that a deal like this would be given to an individual. But because it's Boeing, apparently, rules don't apply. I always say that Boeing does not make little red wagons. They make extremely complex vehicles, that the public trusts with their lives and their children's lives. We have to do better. We have to demand that they do better. And there is no alternative. The Department of Justice is acting just like Boeing. They're moving the case along, stamping it, and getting out of the way, not with good quality, not withholding accountability, not with actually pursuing justice, and that's how Boeing produces planes. They just stamp them down the line, get them out of the way, and then they have dangerous new planes in the air. Boeing hast never changed their behavior. The basic situation, which caused our daughter's death is the same.
